She’s the integrator working alongside the visionary, the CEO.

She has a passion to find the strengths in people and creating a journey that will lead them & the firm to success.

She ensures that there is seamless integration between our client experience/services, project management, marketing, and workflow operations, and that the systems, processes and standards of performance that are needed to accomplish this are in place and followed.

Yeon oversees all operational aspects of the business, including leading the development and implementation of the company’s annual strategic business plan, leading the planning, management of our IT and communications systems; ensuring we hire, train and engage team members effectively; and proactively managing the company’s financial performance.

Yeon’s credentials include:

  • Modern Advances in Leadership Program – University of Tampa
  • Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Women’s Studies

In the local community, Yeon continues to serve as co-chair for the Avila Charity Tennis Tournament. In this role she is responsible for event details and is involved with selecting a locally based, children’s charity which receives proceeds from the tournament.

A native of South Korea, she graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts focused in public relations and women’s studies.

Yeon and her husband, Kyle, love spending time with their son, Henry and daughter, Parker.

Since joining Waller & Wax in 2005, Yeon’s role has evolved as the practice has grown. She saw opportunities for improvement and efficiency and utilized her diverse talents to enhance the practice. Yeon ensures the office workflow is running efficiently, oversees quality control, and keeps team members informed and focused. Yeon also manages human resources, special projects, and collaborates with Jon to assure the work stays true to the practice’s mission.

Yeon provides oversight for the office’s day-to-day operations and special projects and gives valuable recommendations on improving processes within the practice. Yeon also serves as the point of contact for community involvement initiatives and special events. She is passionate about helping the practice continuously improve and evolve.

In 2018, the Avila Charity Tennis Tournament raised nearly $200,000 for Pepin Academies, a tuition-free, public charter schools that serve students with specific learning and learning related disabilities.
